A housing and land use focused digital twin can be used to visualize different development scenarios and provide a real-time calculator for accumulating and tabulating the number of potential new housing units that can be built in a city, as well as streamline financial budget projections and help city officials to accomplish the city's California Regional Housing Needs Assessment Goals.
